K & K Grocery Shoppers — Customer Agreement

By placing an order with K & K Grocery Shoppers, the customer understands and agrees that:

1. Groceries are paid separately from the K & K service fee.
2. K & K will confirm the order, service charge, delivery details, and payment arrangements before shopping begins.
3. Prices and product availability are determined by the grocery store. If something is unavailable, K & K will follow the customer's substitution preference.
4. Additional service fees may apply for 60+ items, deliveries over 10 miles, same-day/rush service, 3+ flights of stairs, or heavy/bulky items.
5. Customers should review their grocery list, address, phone number, and delivery information before submitting the order.
6. K & K will communicate with the customer if a change is needed before completing the order.
